Accessibility statement

Last updated: 11 September 2026. Last Dices aims to make its public website and core customer journeys usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, zoom or reduced-motion settings.

Our accessibility target

We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the target for public-facing web experiences. New interfaces should use semantic HTML, meaningful labels, visible focus states, sufficient contrast, logical heading structure and keyboard-operable controls.

Design and interaction principles

  • content should remain readable when text is enlarged or the layout reflows;
  • interactive elements should be reachable and usable without a mouse;
  • images that convey meaning should have useful alternative text;
  • form controls should have programmatic labels and understandable error messages;
  • colour should not be the only way important information is communicated;
  • motion and animation should not be essential to understanding or completing a task; and
  • legal, privacy and support information should be available in plain text rather than image-only form.

Known limitations

Experimental, legacy or third-party surfaces may not yet meet the same accessibility standard as the current public landing page. Third-party services such as external forms and payment providers are also partly controlled by those providers. We will prioritise fixes that block access to registration, privacy choices, support or essential account functionality.

Need an alternative format?

If content is difficult to access, contact Support and identify the page, the barrier you encountered and the format or accommodation that would help. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative.
