Last updated: 11 September 2026. This public manual describes how records held by LAST DICES PTY LTD, a South African private body, may be requested under the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA), subject to the Act, applicable regulations and lawful grounds for refusal.

3. Information Regulator guide and forms
The Information Regulator publishes PAIA guidance and prescribed forms. Requesters should use the current official private-body access request form where prescribed. Official resources are available from the Information Regulator PAIA portal.
4. Categories of records held
- company incorporation, governance and statutory records;
- finance, accounting, tax, banking and transaction records;
- contracts, supplier, service-provider and procurement records;
- customer, account, order, support and complaint records;
- waitlist, consent, unsubscribe and marketing-administration records;
- employee, contractor and recruitment records where applicable;

- website, communications and operational records.
5. Records available without a formal PAIA request
Public website pages, public legal notices, published product information and other records intentionally made public can be accessed directly without a PAIA request. This does not mean every record in a related category is automatically available.
6. How to request access
- Use the current prescribed PAIA request form where required.
- Identify the record with enough detail for Last Dices to locate it.
- State the right you seek to exercise or protect and why the record is required for that purpose where PAIA requires it.
- Specify your preferred form of access and provide reliable contact details.
- Send the request to support@lastdicesptyltd.co.za.
Identity and authority may be verified before records are released. Do not send passwords, OTPs or payment-card details. Prescribed request or access fees may apply where permitted by PAIA and its regulations.
7. Decisions, refusals and remedies
Requests are considered within the time periods and subject to the extensions permitted by PAIA. Access may be refused where a mandatory or discretionary ground of refusal lawfully applies, including protection of third-party privacy, confidential commercial information, safety, security, privileged material or other protected interests. A requester may use the complaint and court remedies available under PAIA, including complaint mechanisms administered by the Information Regulator.
8. Personal information
Requests about your own personal information may also fall within POPIA. See the Privacy & Data Rights page and Privacy Policy.
9. Processing purposes and recipients
Personal information is processed for waitlists and communications, account administration, support, product/service delivery, security, legal compliance, accounting and legitimate operational purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Service providers may process records for hosting, authentication, forms, payment, communications, delivery and support under applicable safeguards.
10. Availability of this manual
This manual is available without charge on this website. An accessible copy or reasonable alternative format may be requested through Support. Last Dices will maintain additional language versions where required for its PAIA obligations and audience.
