Information we collect

We collect account details such as name, email address and mobile number; order and delivery information; product ownership and subscription records; support communications; and security information needed to protect accounts and transactions.

NFC Analytics

When a Last Dices NFC sticker is tapped, the service may record the sticker identifier, time, general device category, referral host and approximate country or region supplied by the hosting platform. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the analytics table. A keyed, rotating hash is used to estimate unique visitors without exposing the original address.

How we use information

We use information to verify accounts, fulfil products, operate tap redirects, provide customer analytics, reconcile subscriptions, support customers, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and retention

Information may be processed by contracted providers used for authentication, hosting, payments, delivery and support. Production launch requires a documented retention schedule for tap events, billing records, inactive accounts and support data.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information through the support page. Certain transaction and billing records may need to be retained for legal, tax or accounting purposes.
