Cookie policy

Last updated: 12 September 2026. This policy explains the browser storage and cookies used by the Last Dices website. Our approach is privacy-first: non-essential analytics is off by default and requires an affirmative choice.

1. What cookies and browser storage are

Cookies are small text records stored by a website or service on your device. Websites may also use local storage or similar browser technologies. Some storage is necessary for a service to function; other storage is optional and may be used for measurement, personalisation or advertising.

2. Necessary storage

Necessary storage may be used for security, authentication, session continuity and to remember your privacy choice. The Last Dices consent interface stores your analytics preference locally and sets a small first-party consent record so we do not repeatedly ask the same question. This storage is not used for advertising.

3. Optional analytics

Analytics is disabled unless you select "Accept analytics" or enable analytics in Cookie settings. If the site has a Google Analytics measurement ID configured, the Google Analytics tag is blocked until that consent is granted. If you reject analytics, the Google tag is not loaded by our current implementation and common first-party Google Analytics cookies are removed when reasonably possible.

Typical Google Analytics first-party cookie names can include _ga and _ga_*. Their exact lifetime and behaviour are determined by the configured Google Analytics service and may change over time.

4. Google consent signals

Where Google Analytics is enabled, our implementation uses a consent-gated setup. Analytics storage is denied by default. Google advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation are also denied in the current implementation. We do not treat acceptance of analytics as consent to personalised advertising.

5. External services

Some links or forms may take you to external services such as Tally. When you leave the Last Dices site or interact directly with an external provider, that provider may use its own cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy and cookie notices. We avoid loading those third-party services invisibly on the public homepage where they are not required.

6. Your choices

The first time the consent interface is shown, you can accept analytics, reject non-essential storage, or manage your choices. After making a choice, use the persistent Cookie settings control to change it. Rejecting analytics does not prevent access to the public website.

7. EU/EEA visitors

For visitors in jurisdictions where prior consent is required for non-essential storage, including the EU/EEA ePrivacy framework where applicable, Last Dices is designed so optional analytics does not load before an affirmative choice. Necessary storage remains available where it is required to provide the service or remember the privacy preference.

8. Changes

If we introduce new analytics, advertising, embedded media or other third-party tracking technology, we will update this policy and the consent categories before relying on that technology where consent is required.
