Compliance centre
Last updated: 12 September 2026. This page brings together the public legal notices, privacy controls and governance processes used for the Last Dices website. Compliance is an ongoing operational responsibility, not a one-time website statement.
Public legal and privacy documents
- Privacy Policy — POPIA-focused privacy notice with GDPR provisions where applicable.
- Cookie Policy — necessary storage and consent-gated analytics.
- Terms of Use — website, account, waitlist and pre-release terms.
- Copyright & IP Notice.
- Privacy & data-rights requests.
- PAIA Manual & Access to Records.
- Company disclosures.
- Security & vulnerability reporting.
- Accessibility statement.
- Data retention schedule.
Technical privacy controls
Non-essential analytics is disabled by default. Analytics, when configured, is loaded only after an affirmative choice. Advertising storage, ad-user-data and ad-personalisation signals remain denied by the current implementation. Visitors can reject analytics and later change their decision through the Cookie settings control.
Current public experience
The public Last Dices website is an apps, hardware-research and early-access experience. Joining the public waitlist is not a purchase. Pre-release descriptions are labelled according to development state and should not be interpreted as regulatory approval, guaranteed availability or final specifications.
Company disclosure configuration: pending verified company details.
Information Officer configuration: pending verified officer details/registration.
Operational obligations outside this website
Website controls alone do not complete statutory compliance. Last Dices must maintain required organisational records and registrations, including Information Officer registration, PAIA administration, vendor/processor governance, consent and objection records, incident response, data-subject request handling and periodic policy review.
