Terms of service

Last updated: 29 August 2026. These terms govern use of Last Dices accounts, physical products, NFC services and related customer services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, confirm your email address, add a valid mobile number and keep account credentials secure. Access may be limited where fraud, abuse or a security risk is suspected.

Products and sticker ownership

NFC Analytics access requires a compatible Last Dices NFC sticker assigned to your account after fulfilment. Product availability, specifications, destination setup and dispatch estimates are confirmed before payment. Standard NFC labels may not work correctly when placed directly on metal.

NFC Analytics subscription

NFC Analytics is priced at R100 per month unless a different amount is shown before payment. The plan covers analytics and destination management for eligible stickers assigned to the subscribing account. Failed or cancelled payments may place the dashboard into a locked or read-only state.

Billing and cancellation

Recurring billing is processed by the payment provider shown during checkout. Renewal timing, cancellation instructions and any applicable notice period must be displayed before the first charge. Until automated cancellation is production-verified, customers must submit cancellation requests through the support page and retain confirmation.

Tap service

Customers are responsible for ensuring that sticker destinations are lawful, safe and accurate. Last Dices may disable destinations used for fraud, malware, impersonation, unlawful content or abuse. Analytics are operational estimates and are not guaranteed to match third-party web analytics.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Physical orders are subject to the published Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy. The policy explains the R99 South Africa delivery charge, applicable online cooling-off rights, personalised-product rules, defective-goods remedies, refunds and the return process.

Where the Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or another applicable law gives you greater protection than these terms, the statutory protection prevails.
