Terms of use
Last updated: 12 September 2026. These terms govern your use of the Last Dices website, public waitlists, accounts and any feature that links to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. About Last Dices
LAST DICES PTY LTD is a South African technology company developing software applications, hardware concepts and related digital services. Public product information may describe work that is still in research, development, testing or release-gate stages.
2. Eligibility
The general company website and waitlist are intended for users aged 18 or older. By submitting a waitlist form or creating an adult account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to make the request.
3. Waitlists and pre-release information
Joining a waitlist does not create a purchase contract, investment relationship, guarantee of access, guaranteed launch date or guaranteed specification. Product names, features, industrial design, compatibility and availability may change during development. We aim to distinguish research, prototypes, tests and production-ready releases clearly.
4. Communications
If you affirmatively join a waitlist, you request updates about the products or programmes you selected. You may withdraw that request at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Accounts and security
Where account functionality is available, you must keep credentials secure, use accurate information and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, legal risk or a security incident.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not break the law, infringe another person's rights or facilitate fraud.
- Do not introduce malware, probe security controls without authorisation or interfere with service availability.
- Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation with Last Dices.
- Do not bypass technical controls or systematically extract protected content unlawfully.
7. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, original Last Dices website design, text, graphics, product names, software, documentation and media are owned by or licensed to Last Dices and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. See our Copyright & IP Notice.
8. Third-party services and links
Some features use or link to third parties such as Tally, Supabase, Vercel or Google. Their terms and privacy practices may apply when you interact directly with those services. A link does not mean Last Dices controls every statement or service offered by a third party.
9. Product testing and future releases
Invitations to beta tests, prototypes or early-access programmes may include additional rules, eligibility criteria, confidentiality requirements, safety instructions or product-specific notices. Participation does not guarantee a later commercial release.
10. No professional or investment advice
Product-development material, technical concepts and roadmap information are provided for general information. They are not legal, financial, investment, medical or other regulated professional advice.
11. Availability and changes
We may update, pause, replace or discontinue a pre-release feature or website section. We aim to keep public information accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted availability.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Last Dices is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of a free pre-release website or waitlist. This does not exclude liability that may not lawfully be excluded.

14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Contact support@lastdicesptyltd.co.za first if a dispute arises so we can try to resolve it promptly.

We may update these terms to reflect legal, security, product or operational changes. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
