Accounts

You must provide accurate information, verify your email and mobile number, and keep account credentials secure. Access may be limited where fraud, abuse or a security risk is suspected.

Products and pre-orders

Product availability, fulfilment estimates, specifications and pre-order dates will be shown before payment. Prototype characteristics may change before final production; material changes will be communicated to affected customers.

Payments, delivery and returns

Final pricing, taxes, delivery charges and available payment methods are presented during checkout. A production returns and refund schedule must be published before transactions are enabled.

Apps and subscriptions

App availability, supported platforms and subscription entitlements may vary by product and release stage. Store access does not itself guarantee access to every paid app feature.
