Copyright & IP notice

Last updated: 11 September 2026. This notice explains how copyright and other intellectual-property rights apply to original Last Dices website and product material.

1. Copyright ownership

Except where stated otherwise, original website text, graphics, layouts, product imagery, interface designs, documentation, audiovisual material and other original works published by LAST DICES PTY LTD are owned by or licensed to Last Dices. Copyright protection arises under applicable law, including the South African Copyright Act 98 of 1978 as amended.

2. Third-party material

Third-party names, logos, software, photographs, fonts, libraries and other material remain the property of their respective rights holders and may be subject to separate licences. A reference to a third-party product or service does not transfer ownership of its marks or content to Last Dices.

3. Limited permission to use the website

You may access and use the public website for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may quote short extracts where permitted by law and with appropriate attribution. No broader licence is granted to reproduce, republish, sell, commercially exploit, remove rights notices from, or create misleading derivative copies of protected Last Dices material.

4. Software and open-source components

Software made available under an open-source or other express licence is governed by that licence. This copyright notice does not override the rights granted under those licences. Proprietary Last Dices source code, APIs, application logic and non-public technical material remain subject to their applicable rights and agreements.

5. Product names and branding

LAST DICES and product identifiers used on this site may function as trade names, product names, logos or other source identifiers. You may not use them in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, partnership, origin or affiliation. Third-party trade marks remain owned by their respective proprietors.

6. User submissions

You retain ownership of original material you submit unless a feature-specific agreement states otherwise. By submitting content that is necessary for us to provide a requested service, you grant Last Dices only the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display or transmit that content for that purpose, subject to the relevant service terms and privacy notice.

7. Copyright concerns and permissions

If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, or if you want permission to reuse protected Last Dices material beyond what the law otherwise permits, contact support@lastdicesptyltd.co.za with the work concerned, the URL or location, your contact details and the basis of your request or complaint.
